The Goldendoodle Association of America, Inc., GANA,
is a non-profit organization created to monitor the development of the multigenerational Goldendoodle.
*GANA's primary objective is to guide breeders in the development of the Goldendoodle to the common goal of establishing reliability in coat, type, health, and temperament.
*GANA is the first and only breed club established for the Goldendoodle.
*A registry database has been created to document the lineage and only Goldendoodles registered with GANA will produce offspring that are eligible for registration through GANA.
*All member breeders of GANA have provided proof of health clearances achieved on all their breeding stock and have agreed to a Code of Ethics regarding their breeding practices and the care of their dogs.
*Each breeder that is an official member of GANA will have a logo made specifically for their kennel and it will bear the kennel name within the white ring. It will look like mine below.
*A list of member breeders can be found on the GANA website.
*You will find that breeders that are members of GANA are those interested in protecting the integrity of the Goldendoodle and are willing to work together with other breeders to ensure that the quality of the breed remains the top priority.
